The candidate should have the following as minimum:

1.Drilling background: Minimum as an Assistant Driller Level.
2.Been in HSE for at least Five(5) years as minimum,
3.Completed the following training:
   a.Auditor Certificate,
   b.NEBOSH Certified,  >>>> MUST have
   c.H2S trainer or assessor level,
   d.Confined Space Certificate,
   e.First Aid & Firefighting,
   f.Permit to Work supervisor level or an assessor level,
   g.Job Safety Analysis (JSA),
   h.Leadership trained,
   i.Well Control (IADC or IWCF),
   j.Preferred: Lifting Gear Inspector or Assessor,
   k.Plus the normal HSE training.
4.Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
5.Computer skills (Excel, Work, Power Point),
6.Good Presenting Skills
