Responsibilities: Ensure that all Company’s vessels are technically and operationally ready as per Company’s requirement; Liaise with Technical Manager / Technical team on vessels maintenance; Liaise with various authorities on all aspects of Marine Safety; Member of the Emergency Response Team ( ERT).
Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required Knowledge of IMCA guidelines related to DP operations; Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in the English language; Strong coordination, organisation and liaison skills with the ability to seek and gain consensus solutions to complex issues.
Experience & Education: Experience in similar shore based position; DPO qualification with significant experience; Experience on DP3 vessels, preferably with similar DP system; Familiar with ISM/ISO/ISPS Codes, and Local and International Shipping Regulations.
