Job Specification:
We currently have a requirement for two DPO’s to join a vessel for FMEA sea trials.
The ship is a conventional Heavy Lift vessel (HLV) with two cranes each capable of lifting 1000tonnes, specialising in the transportation of large cargoes world-wide. The vessel was delivered in 2011, with a Class I DP notation. In order for my client to expand the operational capability of the vessel it was decided to upgrade her to DP Class II.
The DP system is Kongsberg K-POS 21
The trips is due to commence on the 11th December and last for a two week period. Mobilisation will be from Hamburg and the trials will take place in the Baltic Sea.
