Description

Job Description:

Food preparation as directed by the Chief Cook and ensure that galley personnel and food preparation meet hygiene requirements; Ensuring that his daily activities and the activities of the galley crew are carried out in a safe and healthy manner and that the impact of such activities on the environment is within acceptable limits.

Job Requirements:

Professional education as Cook/Baker; Food handling and hygiene training certificate / diploma; Minimum 1 year experience as Cook in a restaurant or on board a vessel with a large number of persons on board; Must be able to speak and understand English; Completion of external safety/trade training as per Company’s training matrix.

• STCW-95 Basic Training
• Valid Passport
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential
• Safe Gulf / Rig Pass Training
• HUET
