CA Oil & Gas are URGENTLY seeking a Master DPO for a DP2 AHTS performing the following type of operations: Offshore support, anchor handling, Vessel towing. Dynamic positioning operations will be performed on a regular basis.
Minimum requirement: 36 months experience on a DP2 vessel serving as Master AND DPO, valid Unlimited Master CoC, and Unlimited DP ticket. Log book and seaman’s book must clearly show an accumulated total of 36 months serving as Master AND DPO at the same time.
Area of operation: Offshore Saudi Arabia.
Joining date: ASAP.
Contract: Permanent job offer on an 8 weeks ON / 8 weeks OFF rotation.
Day rate: Between 450 and 550 USD per day onboard, depending on experience.
Vessel Type: Supply Vessel / AHT.
Gross Tonnage: 2700.
Net Tons: 800.
Propulsion: 5000 KW.
DP Type: Alstom A series - DP2.

ASD tug Master (Oil & Gas) - Offshore Middle-East

SOUTH-AFRICAN NATIONALS ONLY.
CA Oil & Gas are currently seeking an ASD tug Master for one our clients in UAE, who operates in the Middle-East area and in Asian waters.
Highly experienced in ASD, SBM, and deep sea towing operations.
The Master has ultimate authority for the safe operation of the vessel under his/her command including safety of the crew and passengers, vessel, cargo and the protection of the environment.
Reports to:
Vessel Superintendent / Contract Manager.
Scope of Duties:
Ensure the vessel is safely navigated and operated in accordance with:
1. Watch keeping standards laid down in the International Convention of Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers 1995 (STCW ’95).
2. The Convention on International Regulations for Prevention of Collisions at Sea 1972 (COLREG 1972).
3. SOLAS Convention including amendments.
4. Flag Regulations.
5. The ISM Code as applicable.
6. The ISPS Code.
· Assist in ensuring that the vessel’s working operations are conducted in a safe way that avoid personal injury, property and environmental damage.
· Instruct and encourage crew to work safely.
· Promote and comply with the client’s OMS policies and procedures.
Advise employer of any deficiencies in equipment, standards, procedures or training requirements
Ensure that the vessel’s working operation is efficient and incident free and conducted to avoid negative impact on Client’s and Charterer’s reputation.
Qualifications:
· Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW95 and national regulations.
· Certificate of Medical Fitness in accordance with ILO requirements
· A minimum experience of 2 years ASD experience on dual control type vessels
· Must have experiences of towing/ anchor handling, rig moves and rig position and hose handling operations (SBM related) and relevant experience in the terminal services.
